30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final sale

Made-to-order and print-on-demand pieces are created specifically for you and are final sale — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll make it right.

How to start a return

Email contact@beauxexclusive.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us at contact@beauxexclusive.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange.
